If you love being creative and learning new things, then why not join us and find out how create your own jewellery using acrylic skins and enjoy making a trinket tray (using eco-resin) to place your jewellery on.
What is Eco-Resin? It’s an incredibly versatile environmentally friendly water-based casing compound that comes in two components – a mineral powder and a water based acrylic binder.
This workshop is perfect for beginners and those with experience in acrylic pouring. We repurpose our left-over acrylic skins to create jewellery, allowing us to explore alternative methods of art making. Additionally, participants experiment with eco-resin, discovering how versatile and functional it is as an artistic medium.
What you'll get:
In this to 2 and a half-hour workshop I will demonstrate how to make jewellery using acrylic skins and how to mix pigments, and inks, leafing into eco-resin to create unique effects so you can create your own stunning jewellery and trinket tray!
All materials are provided, all you have to do is turn up, have a lovely creative time, take home 4 to 6 pieces of jewellery and a lovely trinket tray to enjoy! And….don’t dress to impress, great creativity is fun and messy so please definitely wear old clothes!
